Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Comprehensive CMMS platform designed for enterprise asset management, maintenance planning, and operational control. The system supports preventive and corrective maintenance workflows, work order and cost tracking, rental equipment management with digital signatures, and personnel, contract, and technician assignment, among others. It includes custom QR code generation for asset identification with automated reporting of upcoming and overdue maintenance, an analytics-driven maintenance scheduler with responsible assignments, and integrated email notifications to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Real-Time Power Consumption Monitoring and Analysis
Real-time monitoring of industrial power consumption with an analytics dashboard and alert system for tracking energy usage and identifying optimization opportunities. The system collects data from over 80 devices via Node-RED and visualizes it in a web application with structured analytics by building, floor, and device.
